No Cost Directory: What you need to know
Your no cost profile exists for one reason: helping anime fans find you.
A client searches the internet for anime tattoos, finds your profile, sees your work, and clicks straight through to your Instagram. From there, it’s between you and them. We don’t collect their information. We don’t insert ourselves into the conversation. We don’t take a cut. The profile is a doorway, and you own the room.
How applications work
We review every application by hand. We’re looking for three things: an artist who focus' on anime, pop culture, and video games, has an active portfolio, and is currently taking clients. If your application is accepted, your profile goes live.
If it isn’t, it means the fit wasn’t right for the directory right now. It’s not a judgment of you as an artist, and you’re welcome to reapply as your portfolio grows.
Why we curate
We review every application by hand. We're looking for artists who are serious about anime, pop culture and video game work, and have a love for the trade. The directory includes artists at different stages of their career, from rising talents to established names. This gives clients the best chance to find local artists, or someone who they're willing to fly across the country for.

A note on timing
Because every profile is reviewed and built by hand, the directory grows slowly and intentionally. We’re not trying to be the biggest list of anime tattoo artists on the internet.
If you apply, expect a wait and know that the wait exists because we’d rather add the right artists slowly than add everyone quickly.
One thing worth knowing
Not every great tattoo artist is on this directory. Plenty of incredibly talented artists haven’t applied, and that’s okay! We only add artists who apply and want to be here.
We never add anyone without their permission. So if your favorite artist isn’t listed, it’s not a slight against their work.

Here’s exactly how it works, no fine print:
Once your campaign goes live, we commit to booking you at least 15 appointments in your first 45 days. Two things need to happen on your end for the guarantee to apply:
You maintain the advertising budget we set together during onboarding.
You follow the process we’ve built from booking thousands of appointments.
If we miss the mark under those conditions, you get your setup investment back. Full terms are provided in writing before you sign anything, and we’ll walk through every line of them on your onboarding call.
We put conditions on the guarantee for the same reason a gym puts conditions on a training program: the system works when it’s actually used. An artist who changes everything in week two can’t be guaranteed results by anyone, and we’d rather say that plainly than promise something we can’t control.

Part of what makes the program work is sponsorship credit. Here’s exactly how it works:
Your rates, your call. We make pricing recommendations based on what we see getting booked in your city, but the final decision on your rates always lies with you. You’re the artist. We’re the support. We’ll never set a price you didn’t agree to.

We don’t stack multiple artists in the same area for our A.C.A.S system. When a city is full, it’s full, that’s how we keep our partnered artist’s calendar full instead of splitting the same clients five ways.

How A.C.A.S Works: From First Call to First Booking
Step 1 — You inquire. You see an ad or hear about us, you submit your info, and we reach out.
Step 2 — We connect on a call. We learn about you, your work, your goals, and whether it makes sense to partner. If it’s not a fit, we'll tell you.
Step 3 — You sign on and we onboard. We gather what we need, build your campaign, and set up your system.
Step 4 — You go live within 2 weeks. Your advertisements are running, your page is live, and inquiries start coming in.
Step 5 — Appointments get booked. Our team qualifies, follows up, and sets appointments on your calendar. You get creative freedom on all the tattoos we book for you.
