Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Animetattoos.com, your deposit doesn’t just book a tattoo, it reserves you a specific date and time with your artist. Once your appointment is secured, that time is held exclusively for you and will no longer be offered to another client.
By paying your deposit and booking an appointment through Animetattoos.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

Deposits
All appointment deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit secures your scheduled appointment date and time and will be applied toward the cost of your tattoo unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge as long as you contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your original deposit will transfer to your new appointment date.
If you need to reschedule a second time, a new deposit equal to your original deposit will be required to secure another appointment date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your original deposit, and a new deposit may be required to book another date.

Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited, including when notice is provided 72 hours or more before the appointment.
If you later decide to book another appointment, a new deposit will be required to secure the new date.

No-Call / No Show
A no-call/no-show occurs when you fail to attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted Animetattoos.com or your tattoo artist beforehand to cancel, reschedule, or communicate that you will be unable to attend.
Animetattoos.com sends reminder text and e-mails months prior to your appointment date, which gives you plenty of time to communicate and reschedule your appointment.
No-call/no-shows can leave an artist with several hours of reserved appointment time that cannot reasonably be filled on short notice.
By booking your appointment and providing a payment method, you expressly authorize Animetattoos.com to charge the payment method used for your booking an additional $200 no-call/no-show fee if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior communication.
This $200 fee is in addition to the forfeiture of your appointment deposit.

Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected situations happen. AnimeTattoos.com and/or your artist may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
Please communicate with us as soon as possible if something prevents you from attending your appointment.

Agreement to this policy
By submitting your deposit and completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
You further acknowledge that your deposit is non-refundable and expressly authorize AnimeTattoos.com to charge the payment method associated with your booking the $200 no-call/no-show fee described above when applicable.
Where applicable law limits or prohibits any portion of this policy or fee, that provision will be enforced only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
